[Build Help] Noob builder trying to build my first gaming PC

Build Help/Ready:

Hello fellow redditors, as the title says this is my first build (builds actually) and I was hoping someone could see which build is best, if they're any issues such as compatibility or if there is anything I can do to improve it .

These were the best builds I could come up with everything I've learned so far. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone can help me pick the better build and point out any issues or improvements I can make on it. My budget is $720 max but the lower the better and I'm in FL, USA. As I said the build is for gaming but I'll also be using it for my everyday needs. I'm hoping to get performance greater then a Xbox One/PS4, nothing specific but the higher the better. I'll be playing AAA games like GTA V, Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Skyrim w/ mods. I also need to make sure it'll be able to connect to WiFi (5 and 2.4 bands) and connect to my TV since I won't be using a monitor. I'll be running Windows 7 for now but plan to upgrade to Windows 10 when its available and I'm not sure if I'll need a CPU cooler or something since I will NOT be overclocking or anything like that.

Thanks again for any help you can provide and sorry for the long read. P.S. I had posted this earlier over at /r/PcMasterRaceBuilds but it didn't get much attention so I reposted over here.
