Hey everyone! I'm looking to build a streaming PC (dedicated streaming for Xbox and console games). I could sure use some human help figuring things out!

I've been doing a lot of looking around, but to be honest the info is so scattered and specific to people's situations that I finally decided that I should just make my own post and ask for help.

I need something that would ideally stream 720p@30fps. I dont need anything more powerful, since if I get to that point I should be able to pay for it through revenue/donations. I would really like to be able to record my gameplay at 1080p@30fps at the same time to an external drive.

What I already have:

120GB SSD

4TB USB 3.0 external drive

2 Monitors

Windows 8 OS

El Gato Capture HD

I would like to keep the total build to around $400 if possible. And once again, this comp wont be playing games, only streaming and recording. Can somebody help me figure this out? I would really appreciate it!
