Is this build good enough to run GTA V on Very High at 60FPS?

I need to run GTA V at 60fps on Very High, Tony Hawk games on highest settings at 60FPS, and tons of other heavy games. Basically things that Xbox One runs but on very high graphics and 60FPS and 720P/1080P.
