Hoping to get the One S this weekend but need to know a few things before selling my PS4

Basically I just need to know:

•1 How the 4k upscaling fares for games •2 Have MGS V for 360, will I need to buy again for the One version? •3 Have BF4 on PS4, will I need to pay again for Premium and all the other miscellaneous bits of DLC?

Also I know that BF4 runs at 720p 60FPS(ish) on the Xbox One but I'm just wondering how much of a difference the One S makes in comparison with both it's upscaling and general performance boost. BF4 is my main game right now and am a little worried I'll be wasting my money.
