Making the “Cut” - who uses LG tv apps?

Finally cutting the cord. I’ve sifted through the sub and am planning to use my smart tv apps.

That said, I have an Xfinity Flex and an Xbox One X. We already know Flex is a disaster - excluding true 4k output content, the quality looks to be between 720-1080… My Xbox is nearing its end of life. So, leaning towards TV Apps for now.

Anyone having issues with LG tv apps? Any hidden gems? Should I return the turd (Xfinity flex) with a bow on it to avoid temptation? Lol.
