So I recently added a friend to my library, he is using a Xbox series x or a android phone. They both cause plex to transcode to sd quality on both his clients. Made sure the remote quality was set to original on his Xbox client, and I have no restrictions on my server bandwidth settings. My Xbox direct plays everything, but I’m on my local network. We have tried his wireless and hard wired. He has excellent internet speed on both of them. But I have other users using iPhones and pc that direct play remotely. I’m not very good with this stuff and wondering what else I can troubleshoot. Tried several files, file types and they all transcode to sd quality. He’s says he can deal with it, but it’s bothering me. Any help would be appreciated. These are mainly 720 and 1080 files
