Capture cards that work on m1 MacBooks for xbox and switch??

So I been recently looking for a capture card that would work for my m1 pro MacBook pro just for being able to stream my gameplay of tears of the kingdom, fifa 22, doom eternal, pokemon, and a few others on xbox and the nintendo switch by using discord so my friends can watch, and so i can use it for my making yt videos but its incredibly hard to figure out a capture card that would work so i just thought id ask some help, i also noticed a lot of people don't usually ask about capture cards here despite them being commonly associated with gaming so hopefully anyone who's also looking for a capture card would get some help or advice from this post, but overall i would hope for 1080 p resolution and around 60 fps, nothing insane like 4k and honestly maybe 720 p wouldn't be bad either depending on the game but mainly hoping anyone can give some options if you know of any. Im younger so since I have to ask my parents it can't be too expensive either, anywhere from 40-70 dollars would be ideal but from what i seen i know they can be in the hundreds (those are usually professional ones though) but i also seen many that are 50-100$. If you need any other info like the specs of my MacBook or something just let me know and ill reply and stuff :p
