Can't enable vrr or 120fps or 1440p on A6K.

Bought Hisense A6K recently. supports upto 4k, 120fps, vrr, Auto low latency mode & all game mode stuff. i have an xbox series s & i cant find fps setting. in the video setting on my xbox i only see resolution setting- 720, 1080 & then 4k. no 1440p. Not even an option for fps below that. also , can't click on vrr or allm either. just doesn't let me select them. Using original cable & plugged in Hdmi 1 main port. Nothing is wrong with the xbox I've already figured it out & trouble shooting done . looks like a tv issue . anyone here who can help me. I've tried everything. Thanks
