Xbox One X screen goes blank on selecting 720/1080p

My xbox one x had a black screen of death, it showed No Signal or signal detected but blank screen.

I tried resetting the console but that did not help. Resetting the console did set the resolution to 640x800 and now i’m able to browse Home. What should I do? If I switch to 720/1080, it goes blank and reverts back to 640 after 15 seconds.

I can set video mode to DVI and it will go to 720 only. HDMI and auto are stuck at 640
