Xbox One S has no signal on 1 TV but works fine on another. Xbox One works on both.

Heya. So, been searching for a couple days now with no success. Friend recently moved in with me and her Xbox One X is stuck on No Signal on my living room TV. Works fine with bedroom TV. My old One works fine on both TVs. Can't be the console, can't be the TV, tried out a new HDMI but nothing's changed. At one point we tried booting the One X in 480p and that worked but when we tried to change it to 720 or 1080, the image would tear horribly, turn green with a load of static, etc. and now even that won't work. Any ideas? I've ran out.
