DLDSR resolutions are not recognized until after the client is launched, and the resolution is re-selected in the Settings menu.

As title.

I tried the usual trick, where you switch Windows to the DSR/DLSR resolution before launching the game. This didn't alter the outcome, however, so I'm presuming the issue is on the game client side, rather than the usual nvidia driver side.
