Major Issues When Streaming through StreamLabs

Good evening, all!

So, I've just started streaming recently. Upgraded my rig a bit. But with every game I play, I have some sort of issue only while using either StreamLabs or OBS.

Sea of Thieves, Major drop in FPS.

Destiny 2, My game (not the stream) lags while I'm in a mission or match, but not while in Orbit.

Xbox App, EXTREMELY LONG load time to open and navigate the app.

Again, these are just a few examples when my stream is live.

I've also heard that StreamLabs uses a ton of your PCs resources when running, so I tried the same in OBS, with the same results.

I really appreciate anyone's input.

PC Components:

Main Monitor: LG Odyssey G9

Second Monitor: AOC 32" Curved

CPU: Ryzen 9 5950X

GPU: Radeon RX 6900XT

Power Supply: Corsair RM850X

Motherboard: Aorus X570 Ultra

I feel like the issue is something with my settings. I've made all the adjustments within StreamLabs per recommendations from YouTube mainly. So I feel that the issue is settings on my PC itself? Maybe network issues? I am not sure where to start.

EDIT: Just ran a Speed Test and I'm receiving 720 Mbps Down / 40 Mbps Up.
