Warzone and Xbox bugs

Here's a brief timeline of the bugs some Xbox players have had recently.(note: I'm not good at writing in English; it is not my native language)

  1. I had the first error in the December update, shortly after the Vanguard integration. This was that when selecting a game mode (any) it crashed and sent me to the Xbox main menu. It even made a weird noise when the app closed, like a crash sound.

  2. I solved this error by personalizing everything possible as if it were a new account. Milsim operator, base card, base emblem, gestures, without watch, new loadouts without accessories and I renamed them from 1 to 10. Above all I removed the skins, horns and music from the vehicles. It seems that this last step was what worked. I didn't even have to restart, I just managed to select a mode and it loaded matchmaking.

  3. During January I had no problem, but with the update the bug came back. As before, I try to enter a game mode (any) and my screen freezes, there is a crash sound and the application closes, sending me to the Xbox main menu.

  4. I tried everything I described above, but I had already removed the skins, horns and music from the vehicles. In fact I never moved those options again. So the above solution didn't work for me.

  5. I reset the Xbox, deleted the game data, reinstalled the game, cleared the cache, changed the mac address and nothing. I even deleted my vanguard game and my xbox account, so re-entered it on my Xbox. I have seen that one of the possible solutions has to do with HDR, but my console is an old generation Xbox One, so i do not have that option. But I decided to change the option of the Xbox from 1080 to 720 (yes, it can still look worse), and curiously it let me play a game, but no more. After that game the bug is still constant.

  6. I created a new Xbox and Activision account, entered the data on my Xbox, started the game with a level 1 account and everything worked like nothing. Even much smoother than before. So some problem with the console is ruled out. Also, I asked a friend who uses PS5 to log in with my account and try to play. He managed to play like nothing happened. Several games without any errors with my main Activision account. Lastly, I asked another trusted friend to log into his Xbox with my Xbox account and my main Activision account and there was no success. It gave the same error to me on my console.

Conclusion: when the update arrived something happened with my account and the Xbox online service. Obviously I'm not banned. This account error, as if they were corrupted, has happened to several users. I've seen it here, in other forums, on Facebook and on twitter. I saw that Raven Software tweeted that this issue is being patched on their Trello, but it still gives me no comfort. I understand that we are millions of players, some with a better team than others and with more possibilities of acquisition, but I am also a client, because I have invested money in season passes and bundles, however, there has been no support from anyone . I haven't even gotten a shred of attention from any Raven or Activision staff.

I hope that not many users are going through this and I also hope that some of what I have mentioned will help you to fix your errors. We know that the integration of vanguard has caused chaos in the game and that the bugs may continue until Warzone 2 is released as a new game. I wish Raven Software cared more about a quick fix for these bugs than an XP bug.
