Is digital content purchased on the 360 able to be transferred to the Xbox SX/S?

I purchased GTA4 in like 2010 on my Xbox. Obviously all the support nowadays is barren but do I need to repurchase/get game pass or do I have the ability to just download it on the new console?

I love my 360, having a renaissance rn, and don’t see myself ever getting rid of it but I don’t want to buy new games if it’s locked to the 360 forever…it is 15 years old and I do want to get the SX

Ps: holy shit the naming convention for the XBs is shit. Can’t do SX because then the other one is…🤢. Should have just made one the 720 and SX the 1080.
