I have been trying to finish this game and play through the rest of the series afterwords. It's AMAZING.. when I can get it to fucking run properly. I keep running into all sorts of issues playing it on Game Pass. I started the game yesterday, took a few hour break to run some errands, and then came back to it. I ran into a resolution problem where upon launching the game, it forced my resolution to go from my native 2560 x 1440 to 1280 x 720. I figured it was a small happenstance and that I'd just launch it again. It did this like ten more times and quitting the xbox app, signing out, disconnecting wifi, restarting my pc, turning OFF my PC, all of this in between, solved nothing. My internet is super slow right now, and this game is about 45gb so I REALLY didn't want to resort to reinstalling it but that's what it came down to. After launching it once reinstalled, had no problems, but I just decided to go to bed after finishing a chapter because it was late. I hopped on after work to play a little today and the resolution is still working perfectly, great! Except now i'm met with an infinite loop in the main menu screen that says "Loading Profile Settings". Again tried everything to get this game to work as many times as before and AGAIN resorted to reinstalling it. Now the infinite loop is gone but it's back to the forced resolution problem. Reinstalling didn't do anything like it did the first time and I'm just throwing my hands up at this point because I've been trying to look up what the heck the problem is. I feel like all my excitement is drained and it sucks because I was seriously enjoying the game. Is anyone facing these issues and is there any suggestion for a fix?
