Worth playing at 30 frames?

Hey guys first sorry for my english.

So i got a build with rx 580.Odd thing, even with low resolution at 720/low i still dont get 60frames. And then changing at 1080/medium everything frame rate wise runs the same. I read here and there the game is poorly optimised for AMD. I wanna ask (even original xbox/xbox one s owners) if the game is fun/playable at 30 frames. Im not a maniac with graphics i still enjoyed so many games at my switch at 30frames but i guess the nature with fast gunplay of this game affected me in not a good way when the world opens and you get the huge drops. Did anyone enjoyed it??

(in asking about campaign for some reason multi runs stable 60)
