Help setting up Pub in my Basement

Hi All,

So I need some help setting up my basement! I'm wanting to give it a sports bar/pub feel by letting you watch the game from anywhere

My intent it to have 2-3 TVs, all mirroring the same picture using input from Chromecast or Xbox. The TVs I will be using range from a large 4k in the sitting area, to a all 720 at the bar.

I understand that I'll need some kind of splitter, but that is where my knowledge ends. Some units I looked up seem to more of a switcher than splitter, some look like then need power input, and some seem to only work for one resolution.

Is there a unit someone can recommend?
