Save mobile data (lower resolution?)

Hello there,

I want to play Forza Horizon 5 on my phone, but data plan is kind of limiting factor here.

Any way to lower bitrate? Maybe selecting "quality" rendering so the xbox would be running in 30fps mode instead of 60? Any other hack? I would be really okay with 720@30 or even 480@60. Better to have lower resolution than none (because I will burn through data plan quickly).
