First of all thanks for the help! I want a PC capable of running Dual monitor general productivity use. Bunch of tabs open, itunes open, but I want to keep the possibility of doing video editing in the future.

I'd like a recommendation on a good monitor to become my primary with my Dell S2430L becoming my secondary, but that wont be priced in to the budget.

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)

I already have a 1tb Seagate HDD, Dell S2340L monitor & 16gb of Vengeance Corsair RAM + peripherals like keyboard & mouse.

So what I need is the tower, PSU, SSD, CPU, Fans etc.

Also, I'd like a recommendation of a monitor to become my primary monitor, and have my Dell 2340L become a secondary screen. If there are suggestions for a stand for those two that'd be good too.

Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?

Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?

Not really. Not unless that would be a part of 'keeping open video editing' capabilities.

Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)

Just something that can run the Dual Monitors fast, and enable me to do things like use Windows 10 Xbox game bar screen record to take lag free 20-30 second screen recordings.

Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?

I like black for the PC tower, window is cool. Not particularly concerned with RGB.

Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?
