It have a good balance as far as specs go. And while most devices with this SoC also pair it with 6GB of Ram. Given what the T618 is capable of doing. 4GB is probably more than enough.
We know from these other devices that emulation on this console will be solid up to the Dreamcast. With the bonus of being able to play the majority of the GC library. Minus a couple of the more demanding titles. The BT 5.0 and Wi-fi 802.11AC will also make it a solid choice for streaming.
