So I recently just bought an elgato an when I try to record in 1080p the preview is black but when I switch my Xbox resolution to 720 I can see the game preview any help as to how to fix? I see people with low end laptops like my pc and they can record in 1080p fine but for me my screen turns back when I put my Xbox resolution to 1080p
Have a gtx 750 ti I5-2500 3.5ghz Dell optiplex 990 12gb ram
