No 4K to 4K conversion available on Nvidia Shield or Xbox One clients

Hi all,

I'm looking to play with the HDR tonemapping feature on a projector I just set up. On my iPhone, I can transcode to multiple 4K, 1080, 720, etc. qualities, and the tone mapping looks pretty good; however, on the Shield TV and Xbox One, the 4K transcode profiles (high/medium/low) are not present.

Does anyone know why, or how I can get them to appear? Tone mapping is highly desired for projectors in general and if I could get a good approximation from Plex as opposed to spending thousands on dedicated hardware, that would be super fun to play around with. I can obviously transcode to 1080p, and the colors look good, but I'd like to keep it at 4K in the highest quality I can to play with.
