Quality issues with specific B99 episodes (S2)

Hi all, I'm in the midst of another B99 binge (NINE NINE!) and I noticed that, for certain episodes in Season 2, my stream will only go up to 720 and the bitrate is rather low (sub-2, sometimes a touch over). It isn't a huge deal, but when it does this the quality is noticeably shittier.

I don't have this issue with any other title, and all the other seasons of B99 play in the usual 1080. This happens on all my devices; PC (Edge), Smart TV, PS4, Xbox. I've done all the usual stuff like resetting my modem/router, etc. I've reported the issue to Netflix, because I've all but ruled out it being a problem on my end.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there something happening with these specific episodes?
