How can I fix my budget?

Alright. Trying to fix my budget so I can move out with 2 other friends in the upcoming months.

To start, I make $720 salary per week before taxes, after taxes its approximately $500/week.

Right now my expenses/month: ($825) 2 debts-$200 and $150/month Car insurance $195 (single male under 26) Phone bill $130 And approx $100 in gasoline Misc: $50 (gym/xbox)

I've determined that after moving, I'll pay an additional $1050,

Rent-$600 (with 2 roommates) Utilities-$150 (gas, electric and internet) Food-$300.

That leaves me with only $125 to put into savings each month. I'd really like to put 20% into savings but this is all that's left.

Is there any way I can make this a little bit better? I'd like to be able to actually move out now that I'm 21 with a good-ish job.

Is it even possible? Or would I have to suck it up and get a 2nd job? I thought $18/hr was a good wage, unfortunately my state is very expensive to live in
