My TV is so bad that my games are pretty much unplayable

Hi guys

for the next couple months I'm staying in a rental house. I've got my xbox one S with me, and I just bought a bunch of new games like CP2077 and ACviking. The problem is the TV here is super old and the graphics are so bad that I can barely see what's going on in the games. Is there a fix to this or am I pretty much screwed?

edit:

played with the settings, realized the xbox was set to 720. turned it to 1080 and it looks better. Cyberpunk looks bad, but I'm starting to realize that it's just because the game runs poorly on xbox
