The similar names will likely be a marketing fail, the same way the Wii U was with the Wii.
Xbox One X sales are rocketing on amazon, because a lot of people are thinking they are buying the new Xbox Series X for their kids, which they are not.
Why the Series X name? Why not the Xbox Ultra, or Xbox 720, or Xbox Spectre? Anything but something too similar to Xbox One X???
