X900H - Moonlight /Steam link performance?

Hi,

I have a very specific question that's hard to get an answer on, since it's a somewhat niche use of Android TV. I have an X900H on the way this week, and the Nvidia Shield Pro is on sale for $190, plus tax-free weekend ends tonight, so I'm thinking of buying one. My main reason for it would be for NVidia Gamestream, to stream my games from my PC in the basement to my new TV in the living room (connected via wired Ethernet).

Android TV has apps (Moonlight being the main one, using the Gamestream technology) that will also accomplish this task. I have read on prior model Android TVs, Moonlight has struggled for a playable experience at 4k/60. Has anyone tried this, or similar setups with the X900H's new, faster processor?

I will be planning to pair Xbox one controller(s) to the TV.

I am also a heavy Plex user, currently with just 720/1080p content, but will likely dive into some 4K/HDR content with the new TV purchase, so better Plex client performance is also a positive. (I've heard with certain formats, the 100Mbps port on the TV can be a limiting factor?)

Thanks!
