Audio crackle when streaming issue

I use Astro A10 headset and I stream from my Xbox. When I turn on my stream, I hear very quiet/faint audio popping that’s not there when I’m not streaming.

When I plug in my webcam, the audio cracking is almost unbearable. I will also lose all audio in my headset for 3 seconds every minute or so.

I stream on 6k bitrate and have tried in both 720 and 1080. My upload is around 25
