New to Fios, self owned router inquiry

Hi guys. I’m moving into a ~ 720 sqft 1br apartment. I will be the only person living there. In addition, there is a roof top would could be considered a second floor that I would use WiFi for when I am outside.

There are two other condos in the unit itself and 2 other condo buildings next door. The area itself, is across from a concert venue that gets popular on the weekends.

I plan to connect wirelessly given that the box is in the bedroom. I plan to connect 1 smart phone, 1 smart TV to stream regular YouTube, Netflix, live TV, etc, an Xbox, and my laptop.

I signed up for the 200/200 mbps internet plan only that fios is currently offering. I am an xfinity user so I have no idea how fios works.

I was looking at the google WiFi as the router but not sure if it’s outdated for 2020+

My plan right now is to only stay at this location for a year or so. But to keep internet only at future places.

Is the google WiFi good enough for this? Is there anything comparable in function and price? Not looking to spend over 100 dollars.

I’ve been trying to research but don’t understand all the tech talk. Other than that, I am a pretty tech savvy person. Thank you!
