It's one of 2 720 RPM autos that can get 100 recoil direction (Valakadyn is the other with arrowhead brake + counterbalance). Its the only one that can get the FF/MKC combo. And it is super easy to farm.
It wrecks in pve and there are lots of good combos but osmosis and vorpal make it unique.
In PVP, maybe it won't be winning any top level comp matches, but damn is it fun. Honestly it kinda makes SMGs useless. With the right roll, and used properly in its range, it shreds heads and is a multi-kill machine. I play on Xbox and can consistently hit headshots with it.
My personal roll is Arrowhead/Flared Magwell/FF/MKC with a Stability masterwork and counterbalance mod for 100 recoil. It is the easiest gun I have ever used to get MKC x2 and Ive gotten MKC x3 to proc. For me, personally, the only better perks there would be HCR or Ricochet for PVP. Firmly planted + MKC + a reload perk/masterwork would be Very good too.
If you are just looking to have some fun, load up Control, equip Steelfeather, go to Zone B on any map, shred bodies and souls, repeat. (I paired mine with Black Scorpion, fwiw).
