Sign in to a console that had them via code: it'll tell you it's been added to your garage when you pause it in freemode.
Does not work with people who bought it via auction; they have to have entered a code from (wherever).
I can verify that this works as I got a 911 from a friend and a DB11 from signing in to an Xbox while on holiday (which was very surprising).
So this only works for DB11, Camaro, 720 and 911, but then again you got both GTRs for free and the Focus is unobtainable without mods.
