Cannot play at 60FPS in xbox one s (the console its only 3 months since I buy it, I play in 720p)

I can understand that the game has failures in the Matchmaking and some problems of balance in the weapons but, so I can not pass is the fact that some maps and the majority of confrontations with more than 1 player give me a massive fps drop in Xbox One s when this last update did not happen to me before, puts me at a great disadvantage against other players and makes the game almost unplayable PS: I play the game in 720 and my Xbox one s is new I'm paying for a game that promises me 60 fps and can't even keep that promise I hope I can access a refund
