Can I make 3d games with this macbook pro 15 radeon pro 450?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if I could practice/make a 3d game in a macbook pro I might buy? Im not looking for super impressive modern gen graphics, but more to get the combat and movement feeling right.

So even if it looks like a PS2/PS3/ Xbox/ Xbox 360 era game at 720 or lower that is cool but would like smooth 30/60fps.

Is that possible with the following specs?

My friend is selling me his macbook pro, on a lease so i can pay him monthly. Its 2016 model, 16gb, i7 with a radeon pro 450 dedicated graphic card. For £400.
