Settings suggestions?

Hey, just looking for suggestions for recording and streaming settings for my laptop. Unfortunately, I don't have a capture card so I am streaming to my laptop with the xbox app for now and capturing my display. I have had no problems with minecraft but games with more action tend to have laggy recordings. Let me know if you need more information and thank you in advance.
