Game still unplayable on my PC and no I don't wanna hear about how fine it runs for you

My daily schedule: start the game (on all settings low /off), play one match or maybe two with luck and experience a crash to desktop with or without error or a simple computer freeze forcing me to cut the power. Switch over to other games which all bore the hell out of me by now but MW remains unplayable. This just happened a few minutes ago: https://puu.sh/EBbSI/216b9f6693.png

then I randomly checked for another driver update and yeah we got a fresh one out today from AMD (since battlenet keep advising me to update my driver)

sadly same sh!t different error. played one match and once second one booted up game crashed with error this time:

This game has been out since 25th october. Same sh!t still happening on Xbox too btw. Brother playing on it and even tho the last two patches reduced the console shutdowns it still happens rather frequently. Thank you sincerely for taking my 60 bucks and returning me with a product I am simply unable to play by any means.

Steps I have taken so far which some people reported to have helped them:

update all drivers/do a fresh installation of them - still crashing
turn the graphics lower - as stated I run all settings either lowest or off but still crashing
turn down refresh rate to 60 hz - got a 75 hz screen tried turning it down to 60 but still crashing
run in borderless window/window - still crashing
do a fresh install of windows (both 1803 and 1903) - still crashing
reset gpu settings to default/clear shader cache and reinstall ingame - still crashing

Steps I haven't taken so far because I find them ridiculous to even try out:

reduce resolution to like 720 windowed
scale down resolution to like 50% or some dumb sh!t
buy a new computer
buy a ps4

my PC Specs in detail:

PRIME X470-PRO
AMD Ryzen 2700X
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB DDR4-2933
Radeon RX 5700 XT
Intel 660p 512 GB M.2 SSD (which this game is on)

and here I want to finish this post off with full tinfoil hat mode: for some miracle ps4 runs fine since launch but xbox and certain pc configs have huge troubles and so far no help. exclusivity deal seem to do alot cuz money talks am I right?

thanks for your attention and yes I am legit mad. if you have any ideas left for possible solutions please let me know because I would really like to play this game but it simply won't let me.
