So these days when you buy blu ray tv shows or movies you get a free digital copy. Well I decided to actually use those and chose iTunes as my source to view those digital copies since I have Apple TV. My only Blu-ray player is my Xbox, but Microsoft’s movie platform wasn’t an available option for redemption so went with iTunes.
Anyway. I redeemed all 7 currently available seasons of Game of Thrones on iTunes on my SL2. And the vid quality is stunningly clear. Problem is that the frame rate appears to be skippy. It’s minimal but noticeable. Is there a fix? I’ve googled it. The fix had to do with audio output but this didn’t fix the issue. I’ve lowered Vic quality to 720 which obviously my pc is very capable of running. Still a frame rate issue. It’s like it skips single frames here and there and it’s irritating.
