Do I need a new tv to go with my new Xbox?

Hi! I won the Taco Bell Xbox one x eclipse bundle. I currently have the original ps4 and had the original Xbox one so my tv is only 720p hd*

My question is do I need to now go buy a new 4K tv/monitor in order to get the most out of my new Xbox one x or is the bump up from my current tv compared to a new one really worth it? And if it is worth it, any suggestions on what tv to buy? Thanks for the help!

*not 100% sure if my current tv is 720 or 1080
