[Q]Xbox One Audio Output errors over HDMI using a Monitor help?

Greetings and howdy folks

I have Xbox One OG 500GB

I bought this console used recently

I am facing error with getting Audio from console from time to time

Here's what I am using

LG FullHD monitor it has HDMI in and 3.5 audio out (for HDMI Audio)

(Monitor is not an issue because connected to my PC i dont face any problems and I had another OG Xbox before this didn't face any problems on that one either with same monitor)

About the Error?

Whenever I turn on console sometimes I get the audio sometimes I don't once i get it though it works flawlessly until restarted

I can fix it every time by changing Video output settings e.g Switch from 1080 to 720 and revert it back gives me audio or changing from Auto to Manual or even a color profile

What is this issue does it need any software fix could it be hardware?
