Need a cheap reliable pc solely for streaming through OBS to Twitch

I've read through many post and i apologize if someone already asked this . But what's an inexpensive setup i could build or buy who's only purpose is to run Streamlabs obs 1080hd 60p or even 720 30p and stream to twitch . I use my xbox to stream. and i recently purchased an elgato but not too compatible with MacBook pro so I need to grab a pc
