Help with settings for streaming in stream labs?

Xbox One X geforce gtx 960 cpu: ryzen 5 2400G 3.60 ghz ram: 16g

I have very little knowledge or experience with what encoder to use, or what bitrate, etc.

Could really use some help if anyones willing to give it. Currently if i try putting replay buffer on while streaming i get frame rate drops

I've been streaming 3200 bitrate, and i think i had 264 for recording, and nvec for streaming.

i set it to output 1080, but for some reason in the "video" tab in settings once i start streaming it will have output at 720, with base at 1080. when i stop streaming it shows them both at 1080.

Any and all help is appreciated. and i can provide any additional info if needed
