Streaming Twitch from my Xbox and the Stream is blurry when I Move, mostly in Grass but whenever there is movement I see a blurry than normal Picture.

Hey Everyone! I am having trouble with my stream. Whenever I move at all my stream appears to get blurry. My whole screen including my Webcam will be blurry until I stop moving. I'm pretty sure its at the default setting for The broadcast feature on my Xbox, the only thing I did change is the quality from 720 to 1080. I don't know if this would matter but I am noticing a little blur on my first stream as well which had the 720. My mic is also out of sync with my mouth in the beginning of the stream but seemed to get a little better towards the end but of course i will still notice it! Any help is much appreciated!
