Dive back in or wait for Scarlett?

I've been getting the Xbox itch lately. I used to have an Xbox One X and thoroughly enjoyed it, but eventually sold it due to focus on building my business. Now that I've got a solid foundation and less stress related to work, more and more I've been considering purchasing another Xbox. I currently am in the beta for Games Pass for PC, and while my Lenovo Yoga 720 performs alright for most games, there is something about console gaming that just...attracts me.

Now here's the dilemma: do I invest in an Xbox One S or Xbox One X or wait until Scarlett releases in 2020? Here are some things to consider:

1. I also have a Nintendo Switch that I enjoy playing. It's a great system with outstanding exclusives, though they can also be hit-and-miss. The biggest benefit to this console is that since the wife and I have just one TV in the living room, I can play my games while she is watching her shows.
2. A second TV/gaming monitor would be required. Any recommendations?
3. Are there any MUST HAVE games coming out in the near future that I will miss out on if I hold out until Scarlett?
