Does anyone else have issues with 4k on their Xboxes? Whenever I play a h.264 4k file according to tautilli it is transcoding the video in 720. But if I play a 1080 video of the same file it direct plays. When the samung the Plex app decides to work it can direct stream the exact same 4k file. I am currently using a Xbox one s. I've been able to play 4k Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon prime videos on it. Also, when the video is playing on the Xbox, the quality settings have 4k selected. Is it possible my tautilli settings are wrong and it's showing that it's transcoding instead of direct play? Also everything uses a wired connection.
