Obs still getting 15-24 fps I think I have tried everything.

Hi reddit,

A couple of days I posted my problem that when I use slobs I only get 15-24 fps when I'm streaming.

Well i have tried both slobs and regular obs and i have the same problem. I even noticed that even when I'm not live my preview (if I'm not mistaken should have native fps to the game) is just as choppy as when I'm live.

Also I noticed that my CPU usage is around 1.5% no matter if I'm streaming or not. Which I dont think that's normal. It should at least be higher

My rig is:

Asus ROG strix b450-f (when I installed windows it installs a bunch of software might be an issue)

Ryzen 2700x not oc'ed

16 GB dd4 3000mhz ram

Rtx 2070

2 SSDs a mechanical, and a passport

My net speed is gig up and down Main monitor is 2k but I downscale my stream to 720

What I've done to try to fix:

Did reggedit to remove xbox game mode Tried both encoders. Did bit rates between 2500-6000 Have changed my fps to 30 and 60 Changed CPU usage from slowest to utla fastest and still CPU stayed at 1.5 %

Changed process to high

At this point I ready to wipe windows 10 not sure what to do to get obs and slobs to work.

I hope some one has a fix
