im having trouble streaming to twitch with my elgato HD 60, its either really laggy or gets like pixelated when a lot of moving is happening in the game. i am trying to stream black ops 4 from my xbox one here are my specs could someone help me on what to pick in OBS.

8 GB RAM
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060
my internet is usually 90 down 10 up
AMD - A10-7850K 3.7 GHz----would this APU be good? im fine with 720/30 fps or like 720/60 fps
