Problems streaming with OBS. Is it the pc the software or my connection??

Hello. I would first like to say yes I have spent ALOT of time looking for a fix for this before posting.

I recently built a new pc. I have a friend that likes to watch streams of PUBG and Sea of thieves. I figured that since I have a better pc I would give it a shot. I use to stream on Xbox with the built in streaming software and it worked fine. Now coming to pc I have used the built in software on and off and also use OBS. When streaming with either software I get lag in stream and audio stuttering and sometimes a black screen when I have a game up on my screen. Now if I have just my desktop up with obs up steam, discord, and like 3 web pages open everything is fine 60 FPS no lag or stuttering Or a black screen. I have tried every setting I could and even posted to r/obs One person said that it was the latest version that was bugged. Well that has since been updated as of yesterday. I used the auto config for OBS it recommended 720 at 60 with 3500 bit. I have put the bit rate as low as 1,000 and it works then but will be so pixilated why watch it.
