Framemeister compatibility

I recently bought a framemeister that works great on my computer monitor and living room TV. However it won't send a signal to my primary gaming tv (samsung LN40D630 lcd). My TV recognizes that something is plugged in but the video output light on the framemeister doesn't illuminate and no signal is received. I've tried changing resolutions and other settings as well as updating firmware. This tv works great with my PS4 at 1080p, Xbox 360 at 720p, and GameCube at 480p all through HDMI. It even correctly displays 240p over component. It also worked fine with a DVD upscaler at all resolutions. I've run out of ideas to try is there anything that might cause this incompatibility? Might try a different power supply. I've been accessing the framemeister menu and testing on my monitor and then unplugging the HDMI cable and moving it to the tv. Even HDMI pass through won't register. The issue seems to be that the frameister doesn't realize it's connected to a tv.
