Streaming Quality Improvement Suggestions

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some input about my streaming setup.

I’m currently a dual system streamer, streaming PUBG from PC and about 80% from Xbox to my gaming PC.

My gaming PC, when I use game capture drops about 15-20 FPS plus I can feel the load on the processor.

My specs are: Intel i5-4690k 16gb DDR3 Ripjaw 1060 6GB SSC

I was using a late 2011 Mac to stream but the elgato software causes issues and Clippyness, plus its a Mac and so much bloatware running

Now I do have a new Dell Inspiron 15 laptop, with a i5-7300, 8gb ddr4, and a 1050 4gb. I was thinking about using this to stream as I’m trying to keep costs down.

I want to be able to stream both PC and Xbox without quality issues, specially 720p @ 60fps. Do you think the laptop can handle it? Or should I look for another i5-4570,4690, or similar PC just to handle the streaming?

My bitrate will be around 2500-3000 where I’ve kept it.

This will also allow me to cast more, as I joined a league casting Rainbow Six Siege.
