Roxio Game Capture HD! I must be doing something wrong here right?

This is a copy of the email I sent to Corals Tech about 4 days ago and have yet to get a response, I was hoping maybe you fellow gamer folk may have had this issue before INB4 why did you not buy an Elgato? I know I should have now.

I have set up the capture card as specified, an HDMI (which is not HDCP but does work with the Xbox One) is running from the output of the Xbox one to the input of the RGC, with the Xbox One HDCP HDMI connected to the output of the RGC then into the HDMI input of my monitor, lastly the provided USB cable is connected to the USB port on the RGC then into a USB 2.0 port on the back of my desktop. All of which are as follows in the videos you have attached. As for the RGC being recognized by my PC as "Roxio Video Capture USB" attached is the photo you have asked for, I had already gone through and uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers to see if that was the issue.

Here a list of troubleshooting I have already attempted.

  1. Uninstalling using REVO and reinstalling the software using both the disk and the File provided on your website (making sure the RGC was disconnected).
  2. Running the repair tool after reinstalling the software (making sure the RGC was disconnected).
  3. Running the software on each update (1, 2.01, and 3.0).
  4. Running the software in compatibility mode for windows 7, 8, and 10.
  5. Making sure all of my systems drivers are up to date as well as my GPU's Drivers (All of which are left at the default settings).
  6. Changing the display settings on the Xbox One to 720p and 1080p (making sure to turn of Auto-Detect), as well as settings on the Xbox One to Energy Saving.
  7. Shutting down and Re-opening the Software trying to get the Xbox One to connect.
  8. Power-cycling each system multiple ways (Xbox-Monitor, Xbox-RGC, Xbox-PC-RGC, Ect)
