After a nostalgia-inducing binge watch of a bunch of YouTube videos about the Original Xbox it got me thinking how much I miss my old console (the Crystal special edition) and gutted I sold it all off a few years ago now (a common thing I'm sure).
So, kept my eye on eBay for a while and am now the proud owner of another Crystal edition console and it's just as awesome as I remember. I was initially looking for the Halo Green edition but I don't think there's many here in the UK. I've already softmodded it to flick over to NTSC and enabled the 480p and 720p modes (got a component cable too) and it looks really good. Next on the list is the silent fan mod.
